4. Which payment methods can be used in France?


Forever France provides a variety of secure payment methods: Bank card (Visa, MasterCard) PayPal, available for a single payment or in four installments without fees (Only on the sponsorship site) Scalapay allows payment in three installments without any fees (FBO space and sponsorship site).


5. What is the smallest amount required to place an order?

There is no minimum order requirement for customers, preferred customers, or FBOs.

6. What is the minimum amount required to confirm the sponsorship?

The minimum order amount required to confirm a sponsorship is €50.

16. What delivery options are offered?

Relay point (48–72 hours), home delivery (24 hours)

17. Are there any delivery costs?

Yes, for purchases of €150 or more, or with a 2CC pack (available only at relay points).

20. I sponsored a prospect who acquired a 2CC pack. When will their level be revised?

The FBO level is automatically refreshed on the 5th of the subsequent month, following the closure of the month by FLP France. Nevertheless, the 30% margin is automatically implemented for upcoming orders.

21. Are there training courses available to assist you in getting started?

The Forever Academy is Forever’s official training platform. New members can access free modules on products, business strategies, and success basics with the purchase of a 2CC pack.

22. Is it possible to track the order I placed through my FBO Space?

Yes, order tracking can be found in your FBO Area under “My Order Tracking.”

23. Is it possible to track a customer's order?

Yes, tracking of customer orders is accessible in “My customer orders.”

24. What is the process for collecting my bonuses in France?

Your bonuses are disbursed monthly via bank transfer to the RIB listed in your FBO/My Information section. Additionally, you may send the RIB to compta.france@foreverliving.fr.

25. When will the bonuses be sent to France?

Bonus transfers occur approximately on the 15th of each month, reflecting the bonuses from the previous month. Transfers are conducted for amounts of €100 or greater to international bank accounts.

26. Is there a minimum threshold to qualify for bonuses?

Indeed, it is necessary to gather a minimum of €100 in bonuses for a transfer to be executed to a bank account number located in a foreign country.

27. What is the process for viewing my bonus statement?

You can access your statements from your FBO Area, in the Order/My CC section, or on the website www.foreverliving.com/My Reports.
